Purpose: Snagging inspection report

• Prior to purchasing the property, the client instructed us to undertake a full snagging inspection of the recently constructed 5-bedroom villa.
• Carrying out the snagging inspection involved a full inspection of the property confirming any works which in our opinion do not meet an acceptable standard of workmanship or finish. We were also required to confirm that the work carried out was in correspondence with stated in the property’s sales purchase agreement.
• We produced a comprehensive report, detailing all defects, risks and areas of concern that would have to be addressed by the future owners, together with the remedial works required for each defect.
