Project Target
- Our client is working on a new mixed development, including a hotel surrounding manmade unique lagoons.
- We have been tasked with providing technical reports which will be used to facilitate the good management of the development.
- This will include an assessment of the operations and the FM aspects of the property, including the assets and an assessment of service charge apportionment.
- We will monitor the development as it proceeds and carry out the technical reports as the works progress in phases.
